Bookings are requests that you approve.
- No calendar sync with Airbnb or other booking sites.
- Only staycation and venue rentals can block dates by hand. Item rentals are limited by the stock you set.
- Rental orders have no delivery fees. Arrange delivery yourself and include it in a proposed total.
- Payments are manual, and security deposits and damage charges are tracked by hand.
- Publishing needs a business address with a map pin. Item rentals also need pickup and return hours.

Is it free?

Yes. Keep posting where your customers are and share your Folivo link, so they can order, request or book without every detail living in chat.
Do staycation hosts need store opening hours?
No. Staycation and venue stores set check-in times on their listings, so weekly hours aren't required to publish. Stores that rent out items set pickup and return hours.
Can two customers book the same item?
For item rentals, set how many you have. Folivo counts overlapping bookings against that stock, so dates that are fully booked can't be requested.
