What you get

Requests arrive with the details

Customers send a preferred date and time, the venue and notes. Photography and styling listings add a few required questions.

A downpayment with the request

Set Deposit pricing with a fixed amount. Customers upload their GCash or bank receipt and you review it. Folivo never holds your money.

Quotes for custom jobs

For lights and sound or company events, send a custom quote. The customer accepts or declines from their tracking link.

Good to know

Folivo takes requests, not instant bookings.

  • No live calendar or calendar sync. You confirm every request, and a daily booking limit counts all requests that haven't been cancelled or rejected.
  • Payments are manual: customers pay by GCash, Maya or bank transfer and upload a receipt for you to review.
  • A Fixed fee package asks for the full amount at request. Choose Deposit if you only want a downpayment.
  • Folivo doesn't yet text customers when you send a quote or a message. They follow their request on a private tracking link.
  • No weekly-hours or blocked-date settings for services, and no per-item equipment stock.

Questions

My customers just message me. Will they fill in a request?

Some will and some won't, and nobody can promise otherwise. Keep using Messenger, and send your link when someone asks for rates and a date. Customers verify their mobile number with a code first, which is one extra step, so try it with your next few enquiries.

How does the downpayment work?

Choose Deposit as the pricing model and enter a fixed amount. The customer pays it with a GCash or bank receipt when they send the request, and you review the receipt. The balance is settled after you confirm.

What do I need before I can publish?

A verified mobile number, one active service with a photo, a store name, a category, opening hours, a contact (a support email or your phone shown on the store) and a GCash, Maya or bank account. Service stores don't need a map pin.

Is it free?

Free to start, with no credit card and 0% Folivo commission. Customers pay you directly. Text messages to customers use a limited monthly allowance; when it runs out they aren't sent, and requests and tracking links keep working.
