Good to know
Folivo takes requests, not instant bookings.
- No live calendar or calendar sync. You confirm every request; a daily booking limit counts all requests that haven't been cancelled or rejected.
- No weekly-hours or blocked-date settings for services yet. Describe your availability in the listing.
- Payments are manual: customers pay you directly and upload a receipt for you to review.
- Folivo doesn't yet text customers when you send a quote or a message. They follow their request on a private tracking link.

Is it free?
Free to start, with no credit card. Folivo charges 0% commission on your sales, and customers pay you directly through the payment methods you set up, such as GCash, Maya or bank transfer.
Can I keep using Facebook, Instagram or TikTok?
Yes. Keep posting where your customers are and share your Folivo link, so they can order, request or book without every detail living in chat.
Do I need a fixed price?
No. You can list a custom quote and send a total for each request. Customers see “Custom quote” until you do, and nothing is due until you confirm.
What do I need before I can publish?
A verified mobile number, one active service with a photo, a store name, a category, opening hours, a contact (a support email or your phone shown on the store) and a GCash, Maya or bank account. Service stores don't need a map pin.
